Due to the size and weight of the plate, we recommend two people install the receiver plate on the implement.

To Install Plate to Implement For shipping purposes, brackets are shipped upside down on the receiver plate. 1) Remove brackets from Receiver Plate. 2) Attach top link tube to top link arm of implement as shown in Figure 1. Several holes are made to allow for adjustment to your implement. 3) Reinsert the brackets into channels of Receiver Plate. Bracket should be pointing down and with hole side to implement. 4) Align hole of right bracket to hole of implement’s bottom arm and secure with 5/8-11x1-1/4” hex bolt and locknut as shown in Figure 2. Do not slide bracket out more than 3 inches. 5) Repeat step four for the left bracket.

All hardware is included for installation of your Receiver Plate. If you choose, you may use the existing hardware on your implement.
To Adjust Locking Pin to Strike Plate. 1) With Control Plate and Receiver Plate engaged, adjust strike plate to within 1/16” or less of locking pin as shown in Figure 3.
As initial break-in could cause excessive clearance, check again after short time of use.
